Storms of Life

We recently experienced a very violent storm at our home in middle-GA (FarrBee). After it all unfolded and I had time to reflect, I was reminded of the storms of life and that how we respond follows a similar pattern.

The Storm roared in without notice Havoc and fear were soon before us Hunker down was the only option Must wait till the storm passed The calm came in a moment Peering out to assess damage Clean up the debris Thank God for His protection Blessed to see another day Reflect, Remember, Move on.

Isaiah 32:2 New American Standard Bible (NASB) Each will be like a refuge from the wind And a shelter from the storm, Like streams of water in a dry country, Like the shade of a huge rock in a parched land.
