Our success or failure as an individual is determined by who we are; a sum of our choices. Our heritage may define our culture but not the essence of who we are.

Our path requires us to make choices in our vocation, relationships, values and overall direction in life. Our success is measured in relationships and the difference we make in the lives of others. To truly make a difference in someone's life you must care about them first.

Without vision people perish.

Our successes and failures are only a path on the journey. Vision is the road map. Our vision should include all areas of our life: individually, family and professionally.

Have you mapped out your destination? How will you arrive?

A vision must be measurable and obtainable; a stretch beyond ourselves.
